Born in Champagne, Illinois, Dr. Sunna Ahmad moved to Fishers, Indiana when she was two years old. There, she attended Hamilton Southeastern Schools for the entirety of her primary and secondary education. From an early age, she enjoyed problem-solving and making a difference in people’s lives. As she grew, she developed an interest in healthcare—specifically in orthodontics. She recognized the profound impact confident smiles had on one’s self-esteem and knew she was destined to aid in those transformations.

From 2015 to 2019, Dr. Sunna Ahmad attended Indiana University Bloomington. There, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with a Minor in Spanish. She then continued her studies at Indiana University’s School of Dentistry where she attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Finally, she acquired her Master of Science (MSD) in the Department of Orthodontics and Oral Facial Genetics.

When Dr. Sunna Ahmad is not creating dream smiles for her patients, she often spends time with her husband. They enjoy traveling and have even set a goal to visit as many National Parks as possible within their lifetime. Furthermore, they cherish time spent with their family—especially when they are with their niece and nephew.
