Dr. Janine Magura is passionate about creating confident smiles. As she puts it, “It’s amazing what having a straight smile can do for someone, and being the person who can help with that is very special.”
Born and raised in Anderson, Indiana, Dr. Magura pursued her passion for dentistry at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2019. Her early career began in a hospital setting in Chicago, where she gained extensive experience treating medically complex patients. This hands-on experience helped her build a strong foundation in patient care.
Dr. Magura furthered her education by completing a Master of Science in Orthodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2024. Her commitment to learning and staying current with the latest orthodontic techniques drives her to continuously improve her skills and provide exceptional care to her patients. She’s always open to exploring new advancements in orthodontics to ensure her patients receive the highest quality treatment available.
What sets Dr. Magura apart is her genuine dedication to helping patients feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. Her background as a general dentist enables her to communicate effectively with patients, especially those who may be hesitant or anxious about dental treatments. When Dr. Magura isn’t perfecting smiles, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Together, they love traveling, relaxing by Lake Michigan, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant scene through concerts, sporting events, and new restaurants. She also stays active by participating in her local tennis league.
